IT's A GIRL!!
She looks perfect! I went in today at noon for the BIG ULTRASOUND with Jim, my mom, my sister and nephew. They made me drink 32 ounces of water and it was squishing her in there so she was pushing on my bladder, then kicking it. Finally, the tech made me go empty my bladder because the baby was so distracted in there that the tech couldn't get a good measurement! HA! She looks PERFECT. She was sucking her thumb...and when the tech put the machine on she was looking right at us! I cant wait to meet her!! We're going to name her Anna Katherine Tillmans. :)

Stay TUNED....
My Big U/S is scheduled for Tuesday @ noon. We're SOOOOOOOOO excited. I, however, am NOT too excited about having to come in there with 40 oz of water in my bladder :) So I'll be ancy about TWO things on Tuesday. Haha. I took Nathan to get his pictures taken yesterday for his 3rd Birthday that just passed. Jims family: Nathan is my sisters son and our only nephew(in case you were wondering.) Here are a few of my favorites....

Nursery!!
Well, we started some work on the nursery!! I really wanted to take my time and make some stuff for the baby's room myself, so I wiped the dust off of my sewing machine, went and picked out the fabric and (my mom and) I made some curtains. I also matted some pictures to match the bedding and hung them. :) Obviously it won't start really looking like a baby's room until we have furniture and stuff in here, but we needed curtains anyway... My next task is to make a blanket for the peanut. I have the fabric and everything so I plan to start on it next week. Take a look at my handy work. It's the first thing I've sewn since highschool, so I'm pretty happy with it.

I'm not ruling out the possiblility of a boy, I made a blue and yellow set for the other wall.

Oh, and here's the bedding that we have. The theme is "Little Suzy's Zoo" Isn't it adorable?

Floating the River!!
I just got back from New Braunfels for Katie's Bachelorette party! It was a blast! Except for the part that I locked the keys in the car. We floated the river and relaxed. Wish I had more pics of that, but I didn't want to ruin the camera. We also went and saw Natural Bridge Caverns. SO BEAUTIFUL. God is amazing. So now I'm back to real life. I find out the sex of the baby in ONE WEEK!!! I can't WAIT!!!!

It's been a busy week.....
Let's see, I'm a few days shy of 16 weeks now! YAY. I find out the sex of the wee one in less than two weeks!!! I went with my sister and her family to the zoo for Nathan's Birthday on Wednesday. It was his first time there, so he LOVED it! I got some really cute pictures too!
Nathan and Mitch checking out the Houston Zoo!
The petting Zoo
My favorite part!! The Bald Eagle
Sheila graduated nursing school on Tuesday! Congratulations Sheila! I'm so excited for her! I'm next!
Here's her walking the stage!
And we added our VERY first addition to the baby's room. It's nothing big, but I love it. It makes me smile when I walk past it.

Soooo....
Let's see what's new this week. We renewed our lease for another year here. I love our apartment and our lease would've ended a week after the baby is born--who wants to move in the midst of all that? No thanks! So here we are! This baby sure is growing! I woke up this morning looking pretty darn pregnant. :) Unfortunately, I'm still in the in-between stage so I'm short on outfit options. :) No worries, just a few more weeks and I can wear all of those maternity clothes I've been collecting! Did I write on here that the doctor listened to the heartbeat and thinks it's a girl? She said it's not definite, but in most cases if the heartbeat is really high, it's usually a girl. :) We'll find out in a few weeks! I'm so glad it feels like it's flying by, I thought the whole nine months would drag. Still haven't gotten the baby to move again, I've been trying to get it to make that drum roll again. Still too small I guess. I must've been in the perfect position....bending over smashing the baby!! haha. It was like, "HEY GET OFF ME!" And here I am trying to do it again to make it move. Well, that's about it for us. I should post a picture of my new belly. I will do it this week.

LOOK WHAT I HAVE!!

Look at that. It's a little bump. Here's me at almost 15 weeks. And I felt my first flutter this morning...that baby sure was excited about breakfast. :) Felt like a drum roll in there. I must've been at the perfect angle. I was bending over to get something and BAM, I must've squished it, because I felt it run away!
